All aboard the CRAZY TRAIN! 

Pull out the leg warmers and dig out those acid wash jeans because what is old is new again and the 80s are coming in H-O-T for this year’s Builders Ball. This ticket will be the place to be where we celebrate the year that was, spill the fanny pack and announce the finalists for the 32nd annual Housing Awards. 

Friday, December 6 is the date and the theme is all about the 80’s. Big hair, shoulder pads, and all things neon are not only passable for this annual holiday event, but strongly encouraged! Office parties are so 1999. If you know all the words to Livin’ on a Prayer and have Jenny’s number written on your hand in blue ink, this party is not only for you, but everyone around you because, sweet child of mine, there has never been a decade like the 80s! 

 
Break out the aqua net and neon as we “light up” up the venue and throw a party to top all parties for the ENTIRE residential construction industry! 

 
The Builders Ball & Finalist Night is an opportunity to celebrate all of the incredible work completed by CHBA-CO members this year. So, grab your BFF and put on your mixed tape as you step back to a time when jelly shoes and pins in your jeans were a 10/10!
