I have always had a passion for interior design and since my earliest childhood memories I can recall the furniture placement, wallpaper and fabrics even room layouts from my first childhood home.  I believe that your surroundings can influence your mood, inspire you, bring you joy and  peace.  I followed my dreams and became an interior designer, studying at The University of Manitoba, Faculty of Architecture Department of Interior Design where I graduated with my Bachelor of Interior Design.  Having twin boys added a new perspective on my design and life focus.  Now I can understand how important balance is to life and strive to achieve this with my two passions and loves – family and design. We moved our family from the hustle and bustle of Vancouver to the Okanagan so that we could spend less time commuting and more time with our kids creating memories.  I have found that I am even more inspired to create beautiful and functional spaces for my clients since our move to the Okanagan in 2016.

Established in 2001, Nightingale Design is a full service interior design studio that has specialized in both residential and commercial design projects locally and internationally.  We have a team of exceptionally innovative, creative, talented and caring individuals that strive for excellence on each and every project.
